Easter Weekend

Our time in San Antonio comes to an end this week. The last two weeks have been wonderful. I saw two friends, Alyssa and Debbie, who i haven't seen in two years! It was nice to catch up with them. While Dave was on his internship here, he worked with a girl named Molly. She still lives here and offered to babysit the kids one night so we could go out. It was great!

This weekend we went to Sea World. We told Jack about it in the car and he totally got it! It was so much fun to watch him look at the animals. His favorites were the areas where you could see the animals up close. Before we left, he picked out a stuffed dolphin. He likes to make the dolphin do the things he saw in the show. It's adorable!

Checking out the dolphin before the show ... I think the dolphin is checking him out as well

Today was Easter. Happy Easter everyone! We got up and did a little egg basket for Jack. He was happy about it. We went to church and then to the Guenther House for brunch. It was nice :)

Fun at the "Beach"

We are having a wonderful time here in San Antonio!! I am sooooooo glad that we made the effort to come. Dave only works from 9-3:30 (and regularly gets off early). We have been having sunny 80 degree weather too. I feel like we are on vacation! The boys are doing really well with the adjustment.
There is a sand volleyball court and pool at the apartment here which we go over to frequently. Jack refers to it as the beach. So cute! Between the hat covering his face and Jack moving around all over the place, we didn't get any good pictures. I posted some anyway :)

Jack loves to play in the sand

Jack loves to chase after the ducks while calling out "quack quack"

Jack loves to put his "feet in the water"
