Baltimore Aquarium

We met our friends Amanda and Mike at the Baltimore Aquarium this past weekend. Good thing we met people because when we got there, we found out that they make you check your strollers at the door. Fortunately, Amanda and Mike were nice enough to help us carry the kiddos around.
The Aquarium is pretty awesome. They had 5 floors with different themes. We saw lots of sharks, sting rays, dolphins, jelly fish, turtles, and every kind of fish I can think of. I didn't get tons of pictures because almost everything is behind glass and they keep the shark area dark.
Here are a few that I did get.

For what ever reason, Jack was excited to see piranhas - he was asking for them the entire time

at least if they make you check strollers, they give you baby carriers
Only three things on my "I really want to see this before we move away" list. Does that mean it's almost time to move? No, we will be here for at least another year :)

Baby Kate 4 month pics

I did 4 month pictures of all the boys, so in keeping things even, I took Kate to get hers a few weeks ago. Here are a few of them :). I think she is just the most beautiful and happy baby girl in the world, but I may be a little bit biased :)

Petting Zoo Trip

I have mentioned before that Jack has a new love of birds (extended out to all animals, but especially birds). Jack sees this picture in our digital frame and asks when he will get to hold the birds.

After months of telling him "someday," I realized that some where around here, there had to be a place Jack could get to interact with birds. I found this crazy awesome petting zoo. I didn't realize that we were going to see all kinds of unusual animals. This place had it all (not all were pet-able) - monkeys, turtles, lemars, zebras, kangaroos, ponies, lumas, camels, long horns, birds, goats, pigs, the list goes on. Well on the way there, Jack insisted there needed to be monkey's at the zoo. We kept telling him that there would not be. At one point, Dave said "there are monkey's in the world, just not at this zoo." When we got there and saw the monkey's Jack yelled "We are at the world!!" He still talks about going to the world :)

Here are some pics ..
